Any programming that can fix 01-02 w/ TC shifts???
My friend has a Yank 3k stall and his car seems to kinda sit down and take a while to shift. You nail it and it seems to literally slow down, then this seemingly long shift takes place and then your gone. Fluid is level, and changeed periodically, as is filter, and he has a cooler. This started the day he had the TC installed. It seems to be not quite as bad after adjustig the shifts using the predator, but it is definately still there. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the world of torque management. TQM gets worse with a high-stall TC so it's always been there, just not as noticable with the stock TC. '01s and '02s were the worst for TQM.

This was what we thought originally after install, and reading about others having the same problems. He has the Predator, and was supposed to have TM disabled, but i guess we know now huh?
Thanks guys.

If torque management is disables and the problem still exists, then he should consider a trans go shift kit. My trans did the exact same thing when I put my converter in. Even with LS1 edit, there was no way to fix the shifting problems. Slow, annoying shifts. As soon as I got the shift kit it went away completely.
