Are camaro and vette transmissions the same?

Default Are camaro and vette transmissions the same?

Will a torque converter from a 98-02 camaro/firebird work in a 2000 C5 vette??

No the corvette is a transaxel and the camaro isn't. It takes alot to convert them to fit. It will not bolt directly in.

I didn't even read that. I that he was asking about converting it. I have only seen 1 from my truck. THATS FUNNY.

The convertors should be the same .

Sorry, meant to put it in auto. So the converters are the same???
