Default Need help. Installed headers and ory but...

I bought some Jet Hot coated Mac headers and a Y pipe that the seller had but he didnt know the brand (he thought it was SLP?).

I installed these today and everything went smoothly, took me 7 hours by myself but in the end I went to slide the Y pipe into the I and it fits loosely...The crappy clamp on there is going to break before it will close the gap. My question is since my car now sounds like crap and the Y pipe is rattling like mad, what can I do to get the y pipe to fit tight in there without it leaking?

I was just going to go to the Muffler shop and have them weld the damn thing but they are closed tomorrow and I need to drive my car .

Can I cut that clamp off so I can maybe use another type?

Here is a picture just to make sure you guys know what im referring to.
(I used alot of PB blaster btw and it made things alot easier but now I gotta go wash it all off)

Thanks for any help with this.

Everyone I know has had problems with that. I say just let it rattle and have a shop weld it Monday...it will be the easiest thing.
