Its Alive!
Just got my car running last night... And suprisingly it started right up after installing the heads, cam, intake, underdrive pully, headers, all new top end components. Not even a full revolution and it came alive... No problems. BUT, I shut it down, to check fluid levels, and when I started it up again, she was surging like a ****... is this normal... I think it needs some time to think about what happened, and it will straighten out, but I am worried a little bit...

Thanks boosted... I am just a little stoked that it fired right up... but after I shut it off and it started to buck like that, I got a little worried, cause it wouldnt even start without giving it a little gas, then had to feather it to keep her going. Seemed like it got a little better once she warmed up... She is scheduled for a tune, just gotta give them a heads up that its done come monday morning.

Speed Inc is doing the tuning... Cam swap eh.... How much beer do you have and how tolerant are you to swearing? I would suggest doing things all at once tho, so if you have planned heads in the future wait... Makes things ALOT easier. Plus you wont have to pay for retunes. I did heads, cam, LTs, Underdrive, Motor mounts, Intake, Rockers, Pushrods, Lifters, Stall, Trans Go shift kit... All at once, and now only have to pay once. Plus I have some big injectors to take care of the fuel issue, that will be swapped in before tuning. But doing it all together made it easier. I hate tearing things apart over and over again. My credit cards might be screaming, but I am not.
