Default i got a ticket from milpitas.. anyone want to help?

like the title says i got a ticket for my driver/pass tints 2 weeks ago in milpitas going to work. and i've been at school for a week. im comin back down to sj this coming weekend and im planning on taking care of this darn ticket. i really dont want to take them off so i'm left with three options:

1st: spend $ to take it off, sign it off, then spend $$ to put back on or simply leave them off (not a big fan of this option)

2nd: find someone who knows a cop to sign it off (i've tried ever since i got the darn ticket and no luck)

3rd: have another silver camaro switch license plates for a quick second to have it signed off (if anyone wants to help me out with this we can work something out)

so since 1st and 2nd options havent worked or favored me, does anyone want to help me out with the 3rd option and will it work?

some tint shops won't charge you for taking the tint off as long as you agree to bring it back to be re-tinted...

I got a ticket for this... had the tint taken off... went down to the CHP and got the ticket signed off... then drove straight back to the tint shop and had it put back on... cost me a total of $70 all together... $60 for the tint, and $10 for the ticket...
