Default Need help, sponsors chime in too, wanting to build/buy forged 347 longblock

Hey everyone,

Recent events are making me get a new car and obviously it will be an F-body again. I am planning on doing a T76 ball bearing turbo, I will also have a performa built transmission stage 3 with a yank SC3000 connected to a moser 9 inch or 12 bolt.

What I want is a long block that will be able to put out around 700 whp on pump gas, i prefer a 347 but if the price is right i wouldnt mind the extra cubes, it will be my daily driver so a radical cam wouldnt be a great idea. *I had a stock ls1 on 10 psi with 500 whp through an auto and i was around 20mpg* What kind of long blocks should i look atm and what sponsors sell them?? I am unsure on rods/pistons/rings, ect.

Hopefully some sponsors could chime in here or even send me a PM with options/pricing, ect. If anyone else has any information on helping me build this motor please let me know!!!

Also does anyone know if i purchase a longblock what else i would need to get minus: Injectors, fuel rail, accessories, waterpump, oil pump?

Thanks!

Looking for the same thing in the near future. So if sponsors will be so kind and post in this thread instead of just sending pm I'd appreciate it.

Thanks

if you want I will post what sponoers are telling me in my PMs minus pricing. that you will have to ask them.

But I will most likely be ordering this engine either this week or next.

700rwhp thru an A4, I'd do more than stock cubes and 9:1. I'd go LS2 or something like that, I'd probably not do a stroker unless I knew that my turbo choice was not going to be a choke point for the combo.

Is it a rear mounted turbo again? If so go bigger cubes, if not stay around a 5.7-6.0L with a goal of around 700 rwhp on pump gas. Even then, 700 rwhp is a tough sell through an A4 with our extremely shitty gas here in AZ and the high temps.

no, lol no more rear mount turbo ha. My goal is 700 but if I get less than thats fine by me, I just want to be faster than before but with a front mounted turbo.
