Default Shim on flywheel spec 3 +

Should we shim the flywheel on spec 3+, I am still thinking of changing not impressed by spec. We will see after their warranty. 2500 miles under 500 hp rear wheel. no slicks. proper break in even a little extra it was raining.

If you don't have an adj. master then you have to shim it or the clutch may not fully disengage.

JS, I am curious as to your dissatifaction above if the clutch wasn't in the car yet. What flywheel are you using? Did you install the shim behind the slave cylinder? Let me know and I will be happy to assist you. Thanks!

If they gave you a spacer then I'm sure they want you to use it. I got one with my 3+ and installed it and have had no issues at all.
