That along with a set of Manley's and timing set...

Think I could hit 390???

im running the 230/238 112 and i love it. i dont have any numbers or times but im thinking around 380 to 390 rwhp thats with my ls1 intake and 2000 heads

I made 390rwhp/380rwtq with the T1 cam.. You should easily hit your mark..

Yeah It's easy to hit 390HP motor with an M6.

I know there was a guy with an M6 with that TSP cam on stock heads, LS1 intake, stock TB and MAF no ASP pulley etc. with Hooker LT's that hit 402 rwhp. I bet you could do it.

I have that cam in my room and I hope I can get 400 to the wheels with it. Maybe in about a month I will have some dyno numbers with it.

that is very high for an auto (esp on a non tx dyno ) but i know raging motorsports has a few strong runnin cam only cars pulling some numbers. the raging 230/230 cam pulled 385 rwhp with an auto (vig convertor to boot) and 4.10 geared rear. my raging 230/230 cam is pulling 116.8 mph traps at about 3550 lbs raceweight. i'd say a big camed auto will move BUT, that idle and surge might be a handfull. get yourself an awesome tuner.

We got the hotcam tuned out pretty well. Took a few sessions though.

I think we'll be able to get this one done well.

BTW... What is the tool called to hold the flywheel in place why breaking the crank bolt loose??? We used a wrench last time... SUCKED.

you should be able to get those #'s. i was lookin at the same cam for my next, so it should be good. and to your question about too to hold flywheel, i think my special one was called a screwdriver

Im probably gonna be doing a lot more cams in the future... Id rather not use the screwdriver method.

That won't work on a LS1 car unless the transmission is removed because of the enclosed transmission bellhousing. The GM one bolts in place of the starter and has teeth that engage the flywheel teeth to lock down the engine.
