Exclamation Holes in valve covers HELP!

Hey guys,

Alright, so I did a head/cam swap last weekend and noticed that the breather hole in the rear of the driver's side valve cover won't accept the 98 style breather that I had. These are 99+ valve covers. I don't know what to do about plugging it. I've tried the search several times, but can't seem to find anything about a fix to this. Does anyone have any fixes to my problem, or know where I can find the part I am looking for.

Thanks for your help

If you had a 98 and now have 99+ heads you would need the 99-02 PCV system.

If you just want to plug that hole in the back of the driver's side valve cover you can do it with part #12568011:

They talk about it in the LS6 PCV conversion at ls1howto.com:

so what can I do for a quick fix breather option? I know people make them, but don't know what they use. I'm trying to do this as fast as possible due to some time constraints. Anyone know how I can do this without using the PCV system?

Thanks for your replies
