any computer techs in DFW?? need back light replaced

Default any computer techs in DFW?? need back light replaced
my back light went out in my laptop and i need it fixed. anyone have a hook up?

Hate to break it to ya...but, 99% of the time it's probably just cheaper to get a new one man.

called one place. they said an hour's labor $80 and the 'converter' is usually from 150-200 bucks

Black2001z06 is right. Your usually better off just replacing the whole laptop. You might get lucky and find a screen with a good backlight on ebay. You could then attampt to replace it yourself.
