Hello,
With my new APS kit, i dont have any room for my snow meth tank anymore, but the windshield washer fluid tank that comes in the kit would be perfect. Its stainless so it would hold meth perfectly, i'd just have to get it modified to fit up to the snow fittings. Any sponsors or anyone on here that sells snow stuff that could modify my washer tank to be used as a meth tank? LMK! Thanks!

correct me if i'm wrong but i read on here somewhere that a metal meth tank is bad compared to a plastic tank?

Your intercooler should be more than efficient for your setup. Get rid of the meth and run Torco or Racegas.

Keep an eye on your IAT temps and you'll be fine.

Meth is stupid. For cars and humans.

LOL We were running 175 + temps down the 1320 in the dead of the summer. This was cutting our timing from 18 to 12 Thats was with a MS109 mix and 93. Added meth and in the same condtion's IAT's were below 90. I am sold on meth.

Yea, i am not about to run around on race gas all the time. The meth seems to work great and many guys on here have proven just that.....

As for the metal tank.... this is stainless, which i believe will hold meth just fine with no issues.

As for mounting where the air pump used to be..... that pretty low, the tank has to drain down to the pump so the tank needs to be up higher.

i dont have the fitting, not sure where i could get it other than Snow..... i do have the meth tank which has the fitting on it... maybe that could be hacked off and used? Its stainless so it would need to be tigged. I'll go check out the plastic Snow tank and see if i can get the fitting off.

I know exactly where to get the fitting you will need. It will end up needing a 1/4 npt bung in it. That way I can hook you up with a Quick connect 1/8 (Tubing) to 1/4 npt male. This is the way all my vac system is done on my car. Costs some $ but worth ever penny. I forget what tubing size snow uses. But what ever it is this is the only adatper fitting you will need besides a bung.

lol, Well snow uses that red plastic line and the line just pushes into the fittings, you like push up a little tab, and tubing slides in, let go of the tab and it locks in

haha ok, cuz i know the Alkycontrol uses braided stuff and i just wanted to make sure you werent mixing those up. It is 1/4" O.D. Nylon tubing.....

Im going to the shop Monday to put a new clutch in my 04 cobra to hold the whipple. So I will look in my box. If not and you can wait I can get another one in town and send it to you. You can pay me back when you get the part.
