I have one but it is not on the car.

It only replaces the lid. the MAF will slide into the Volant, the bellow will attach to the back of the MAF and then attach to the throttle body. The same as stock.

I did notice that the Volant is tricky to get on to the MAF throught the hole in the back of the air box.

I hope that helps you some. I have no pics.

stick it through one of the holes in the side of the new box. Should be a rubber grommet

yeah, look at the 3rd pic down, thats mine when I first got it. The IAT goes in that grommet there on the right side of the pic. If you go 9 pics down, thats mine again (with red k&n oil) I actually drilled the side of the "y" piece and stuck it in there. I figured it was more accurate that way, and I didnt like having that sensor exposed anyways.

Yeah, do it like that and you'll be fine.

I second that. I'm using the stock bellows and the MAF seems to be angled upward, at the max the stock bellow will allow (the accordion is compressed on top). I am planning on buying a Fernco and cut it to fit. At first I thought the hole in the back of the box was cut wrong, but it just took some work to get it to fit.
