Default Bullet in I-pipe works great!

I put a dynomax bullet muffler in my i-pipe yesterday and the rasp and crackle is completely gone! It is insane how much cleaner the car sounds now... I can actually hear the exhaust tone lol. But if anyone is thinking about doing it or hates their rasp then don't be afraid to jump in and do it, you won't regret it.

Are you running a cat back or just straight pipes?

I've got bullets where the cats go and same deal, really eliminates rasp and gives a smooth sound. Good deal on the i-pipe, cheaper than what I did and probably easier to clear everything.

I have the mods in sig with 3inch exhaust all the way back with a flowmaster muffler. Not to sure on the series it is, and no I don't have any cats. I would like to get a sound clip but I don't know how to do post it up even if I could get it lol. But I am gonna try.

I heard about this and tried a SLP LM muffler. I should have tried something else because it didn't quiet mine down at all or help the rasp.

Yea I wouldn't have tried a loud mouth to quiet things down lol. But yes my car is quieter now. Idle is much more tolerable now and as I said above I can actually hear the sound of the muffler and the tone the car makes.

Good to hear, just installed the magnaflow, have a little rasp, and wasn't sure how to clear it up. Does the bullet enhance or hinder performance, or pretty much the same, I may need to look into doing this.

Well there is no real way that it could hurt it because it is a flow through muffler, to be totally honest without sounding like a ricer or anything lol. But the car kind of feels like it has slightly better throttle response.
