its nothing...dont worry about it..just clear the code and it probably wont come back.your secondary AIR system is just there to lower your exhaust emissions..which your an LS1 tech'er thats the last thing ppl are worried about on this site. the system is controlled through your pcm and its job is to suck in fresh air and blow it into the exhaust..it also works hand in hand with ur cats and O2's to make the cats do their job faster....bottom line is..unless u want to take the **** apart and clean it or replace it..clear the code it might come back it might not. and if u want to take ur **** apart and check it out i found this link it's pretty handy for this situation.also gives u an isea of what your working with...

well tear off that manifold and start the process....biggest advice i can give u is be very careful with the manifold when u start taking it off..that whole assembly is expensive and fragile...and the oil pressure sensor is back there on the right side rear of the block...and that is even more fragile and 85$ if u break it plus the 20$ socket to install it
