This is the 40GB unit. It includes an extra controller. I also have NCAA 08 and NASCAR 08. I am looking to get $275 shipped for the unit and extra controller. I have only used the unit about 5 times. I want $25 for each game shippped or $310 for everything shipped. I have all original boxes and hardware for everything.Thanks-Jordan
