Default 1.8 roller rockers
So first question is do the springs need to be changed to run 1.8's and what kind of et reduction or hp ,tq gains have you seen from doing these.

If you have a 2000 f-body yes you do have to change springs,dont know hp gains but did not seem like much.If I had to change springs I wouldn't have done the mod.
