Default Majors new build-Giant turbos

Wow, is all I can say. You think these might get him out of the 7's? Now if George offered a TTi kit like this, well...

Maybe they should name the car The Black Hole. People are going to start losing kids around that thing, hehe

George DOES Turbo Systems like that.

....and to answer your question, I doubt the corvette will run 6s.... This was a 417" Twin 88mm Motor, and went 7.0 in a 32-3300lb(?) Full Chassis, Big Tire Car. Not quite as aerodynamic as the Vette, but worked a whole lot better at the starting line (which We all know is far more important for ET) then a 10.5W Slick or Radial. Its the law of diminishing returns. Running mid-High 7s, to running 6s is a BIG jump. Tim Lynch is doing it, but he seems to be the master, and I believe is using 91mm Turbos and is probably making close to 3k hp, with a Big Block Engine......

Yea, it was meant as a joke for us street/strip guys that like the TTi X kit. We could call it the Giant TTi XXX kit, lol.

Agreed, the 6's will be hard to come by, but certainly not impossible. I think mid to high 2k hp is/was the goal, and those are 101 or 106's or something brand new IIRC. Probably a lower weight and little bit better air dynamics, so... Should reread his build up again. Been watching this car morph for years and each stage is always an increase in lowering the ET, how much this time, only time will tell. Bad azz car though.

I would agree that wouldn't be a "budget build" regardless of how fair the pricing was. I was treated fairly when I visited your shop and you guys did a great job. But honestly that wouldn't be cheap, if it would be I'll be over tomorrow for mine. LOL

Come on George, don't be so sensitive! You guys do awesome work and do it for a fair price.... BUT speed costs money and a setup like that would not be in the bargain bin.

Sorry if I offended ya.... I'll give you a big hug next time I see you at the track.

Not to talk for Pony, but I don't think he meant that way. Anywho, you guys were more than fair with me, and prices are not bad for top tier work. I have never in my life had one of my rides at a shop, until yours...and it will be coming back there shortly.

Good gawd, you would have to do a walk down the strip and check for nuts and bolts like they do on aircraft carriers
