only the person who issued the ticket could let you off. but if you wanna just keep extending it out and hope they forget about it you can do that. thats what ima do.

I guess I was fortunate, Got busted for for 69 in a 35. Cost me 89.00 and 30 day supervision. It was a clear road, no homes or anything on it. I was passing some people and next thing I know, cop turns onto the road coming the opposite way. He didn't even have the steering wheel straightened all the way out and he has his lights on. I just pulled over and stopped down the road after I slowed down. As he walked up I already had my license and Insurance out. He asked if I knew how fast I was going, I replied honestly and told him I was not sure on speed but knew I was speeding and apologized for it. He said he clocked me at 84 but was writing it for 69. I wasn't gonna argue with him. I thought I was screwed when I went to Court. The Judge had a bunch or morons before me. None in which could pay their fines and all of them needed continuances. I am like "F#$%^&* Great, He is gonna be pissed when he heres what I did." My name is called, The judge says "Speeding, Little fast there Mr. Noble, I said It was to fast and I apologized. He asked "Can you pay your fine today?" I replied "It all depends on how much" His answer was "80 dollar fine, 30 day supervision and court fees (9.00 bucks)" I was like. " I sure can sir" Guess what I was trying to say is alot can depend on the judges mood and how much respect you show him. Alot of the guys before me where giving the judge attitude. Didn't get them to far.
