That's a pretty good warranty but they sometimes want things like new injectors/ having them "inspected", good condition water pump/radiator etc. I got a good deal on my rebuilt longblock. The bottom end is not extreme but is substantially stronger than stock and it set me back 1795+tax. The warranty was lacking in comparison though.

if you want a stock replacement with a good warranty? they are pretty good.
if your looking to get a perf motor? then i would recomend having one built.
i'm pretty sure the warranty has a disclaimer about race or track use? or otherwise abusive use.
