what will grind down chromolly

what will grind down chromolly need to feather out some holes on my kmember ( racecraft kmember.... ) its the holes were the lca meet up...even the little holes on the bolt extention thing dont line up....gay. just wondering what grinder to use that will get the job done the fastest, tia

It's not anything magical, just harder / stiffer steel. A carbide burr
would be my choice for offset hogging, a cobalt drill bit if you want
to just enlarge-in-place.
You might be better off not enlarging any hole that has to do with
alignment / holding against road forces though - that'll just bring
slop into it. If it's visibly wrong I'd get the mfr to inspect & replace;
if it's eyeball right then be sure something else isn't really what's
bent (the front of these cars, without the K, is pretty floppy and
might just need "persuasion"). Nothing goes on without some
crowbar work, seems like. But if it's wrong then it's wrong and
it should be made right.

I've found short shank ones at Ace Hdwr, most likely by
the welding paraphernalia, in with the 1/4" shank stones.
I've gotten combo-sets off Ebay in long shank and seen
all kinds. Something like this one would let you start from
holes as small as 1/4" and make a pretty straight wall:

There is a wide variety of tip styles, for what kind of
shape you are looking to make and what angle you
have to attack it from. I'd stick with 1/4" shank since
it's big metal, use a small drill or die grinder.
