Ignition problem!!

Ignition problem!! I have an 01z28, the key wont turn all the way back to the lock position, and an error code for my anti theft popped up, any ideas?

Is the little chip loose in the key? How long ago did it start? Did the problem slowly progress to the point that it is at now or did it just start happening one day? My guess would be that you need to replace the ignition and switch in the steering column, but this is just a guess without much info. Give us somemore info and we might be able to more accurately diagnose the problem.
