Default Minor upgrade to my Procharger kit.

Just swapped out the original wimpy bypass valve from my Procharger kit.

Called Bob at EPP and he sent me a more HD unit. Anyone else do this exact swap? Please share impressions. I just put the tranny back in the car, and physically it's ready to roll, but no insurance or inspection currently.

nice unit. a friend of mine has an '02 mustang GT with a vortech s-trim kit on it. it was a non IC kit and when we put a front mount on the car we replaced the cheap-O plastic bosch piece with a Large(r) vortech unit. similar just vortech parts rather then procharger

Finally saw your video (thin client system at the office sucks). Do you have it vented to atmosphere or hooked up as a bypass valve? (If you got the same one as I did, it's a bypass unless you modified the setup). Can definitely hear it on your car. I just don't want to sound like the SRT4 retards that blow off at the car meets because that's all they really can do.

Yeah, the original one is not confidence inspiring. I don't think there's really a specific psi rating, it's a pretty stout piece. If you are using the original one on your set up and it's working, then I'm sure this one will do the job.
