Default Custom Etched Battery Cover... *PIC*

Here's one of our mirror finish stainless steel battery covers with some custom etching. The customer wanted the Top Gun logo but have it say "Ram Air". I think it's a cool idea... It's gone out to get a coat of Candy Blue powder coating, can't wait to see it finished!

We can etch almost anything you can think up on any of our covers

Reminds me of Top Gun for some reason,,they look pretty sweet. here's mine i made last year ..along with my fancy PCM cover. I have made two fuse panel covers, but they are just plain NBM..

The one one I posted at the top is a stainless battery cover. Every cover we sell is either mirror polished or brushed stainless steel. You can see examples of etching on the polished and brushed here: http://store.specializedstainless.co...Custom+Etching

I don't yet but I'm starting to think that they won't fit in a F-Body. I saw a optima in a Camaro and to get the optima to sit down in the battery tray you have to push it all the way to the right, practically touching the AC line. I could make one to fit the F-Body but it wouldn't be able to have a right side... Or I could make a spacer for the battery to sit out of the stock battery tray so you could slide it to the left a little. But then you wouldn't be able to bolt your battery down and that's not safe.

Thank you

It'd be really cool if you could come up with a stainless steel pan that used the exhaust manifolds for heat so some of us that like to road trip can pull over and cook dinner on it. That would rock.
