opinions if this is a good deal 99 z-28 m6 60,000 miles in real good shape for 10k. Completely stock. I think Im gonna go for it.............anything I should look for that could screw me over?

Get underneath it make sure it's not leaking from the rack & pinion, as well as the back side of the motor. Also, look underneath the rear of the car and see if the rear end is leaking fluid.
10k for a great condition car seems reasonable, however I would try to get them to lower the price on it a little bit.

test drive and have everything turned off and just listen to everything and make sure it doesnt have any noises while driving that are not normal. many of our cars have rattles that only get worse as you mod it like exhaust.
