Default AIR System with breather? HELP

I was looking at my AIR system today and found that the line that comes out of the module that's supposed to connect to the Air Control Valve has a breather on it. I bought the car used so someone else did this. The breather is really old and I can't even blow through it so I was wondering where the Air Control Valve is so I can reconnect it to the proper place.

sounds like your looking at what used to be connected to the lid if im correct it goes into the front fender to the actual pump, then another hose runs out the back and over the drivers sider wheel well in plane sight along with the hood cable. after that it turns back toward the engine at the back into what i think is the air control valve on the backside of the drivers side cylinder head kinda on valve cover level. hope i help. RIP IT ALL OUT!!! hahahaha thats what i did
