Default Alright guys, which rod and main bearings should I be using

Well this thing should be going back together in the next week or two. It will be a H/C forged motor spraying between 200-300 in the future. I'm just using basic cam bearings but was wondering what main and rod bearings I should be using? What would you guys suggest? The car will be around 450 N/A and 600-700 on the spray.

Thanks,
Drew

coated clevites are about as good as you can get. the coating really makes a big difference in their life. My coated clevites looked new when i pulled the 4.3 back apart in the Syclone after about 10k miles on the street and some low 11's at the track. made me a believer! Ill never run bearings in a performance app that arent coated.
