New slave/master question..

Default New slave/master question..

ok i'm confused on how to bleed my slave and master.. do i bleed it before i put it on the car? or how do i bleed it when i put it on the car? whats the best way to bleed it? i still have the transmisison down, and slave/master is off the car

its a 2000 ws6

you have to put it on before you bleed it or it will push the throw out bearing off or could push the seal out of the slave ... there is a slot for the bleeder you will see it over the line .. you have to use a socket and ratchet..

so just hook everything up, (no fluid in anything yet), then pour fluid into the master cyl. res. then bleed via the slaves bleeder?

You can gravity bleed the master before you install it--recommended. Then install and bleed.

how do i do that? jsut fill up the res and hold it upright or something?
