just had 10b rebilt, now a new noise? so i have had my a4 z28 for about 8k miles, and it has had a knocking sound on hard acceleration since i got it. so i had new 3.73 gears and a master bearing kit put in it. now it makes a clicking sound on decelleration. WTF? i think the knocking on accel has vanished, but i havent beat on it because the gears are fresh. so far so good there. we took the rear apart and changed the carrier out, checked the clearances four times, replaced the tranny mount, and checked the u joints. i am clueless. the shop doing it is out of ideas. HELP!!!!
