What is better for my 95 impala ss turbo or Supercharger

I want to buy a turbo or supercharger, I'm looking for immediate power. Which is better if two of the same cars stood next it each other and on had a turbo and the other with a super charger. Which would win?

Either one would be great but could you please go more into detail about what your goals for your car are? Do you have to worry about emissions? Do you still want to run your ac? What is your budget? What are your current mods?
