Rod bolt wont come out of end cap

Rod bolt wont come out of end cap Ive got a set of used stock rods that are going in my ls1 that I spun a bearing on.
I plan on using aftermarket rod bolts.
once the bolts are unscrewed, they are stuck within the rod end cap. They wont come out?
