Default Why my 10 spokes wont fit my 95

I thought there was a thread on this somewhere. I bought 10 spokes off a member from a 2002 z28. I tried putting them on my 1995 but they will not fit snug on the rear. I think I remember reading that something needed to be clearanced? Thanks

yeah the hole for the hub in the center of the rim, i had ten spokes on my 94, you dont need to take out much, you can probally do it with a metal file

Just got them on, having a problem though. I took the car out for a drive and the front end is wandering all over the road, at higher speeds the front feels very unstable. Any suggestions? Tires are GS-D3 fronts, MT Street radials rear, all 275/40/17.

Not sure if what size tires you had on the car before but wider tires seem to track/follow the road more.

I came from 245/50/16, I had 265/40/17 front and 295/35/18 rear before and never had a problem. I have an aggressive alignment if that makes any difference.

yeah like mentioned earlier they will track more..mine track alot worse than my 16's did..and of course a lower profile is a lil lower ride and feels more aggressive

might it be your shocks goin bad??? could have lost all the fluid in them when your car got lifted up. thats what happened to my gtp. it almost feels like it "walking with slicks" but with regular tires??

Shocks are brand new and I have an adj panhard. It's not the rear I am having a problem with, it is the front.
