I have a SPEC III clutch waiting to go in and I just received the new GM master cylinder I'll be putting in too. I read the link on directions on how to do the drill mod from a search here, but the fitting on the end of the braided line section has me scratching my head. According to what I read, the "obstruction" is located about 1 inch inside from the end of that braided line. But there's this fitting *L* that...well just look at the pics, the third one in particular and you'll see what I mean...how to drill out the obstruction inside if this is in the way? Or am I completely off base here?! *L*

As you can see, there is nowhere to insert a drill bit!

The obstruction is found at the other end of the line...at the bottom of the MC...where the line goes in...you should see a role pin...I used a very thin phillips screw driver and hammer to hammer it out...lightly...then you drill that end of the line...check this site out...

Got to step 15...figure 14...you'll see what I am talking about...
