Default How to get rid of this?!

Okay I bought these cars with these rims and they look OK not too thrilled about having corvette emblems on my car lol.
Okay the rust shows really bad in the rear near the brakes.. whatever that part is called is completely and utterly rusted and ghetto.
This is the best picture I have but the rust is very visible. How do I get rid of the rust and how much would it cost me?

Take the wheel off, sand it down good, and paint it with some good paint or enamel. Powdercoat is also an option.

I taped off the parts of the rotor surface that the pad touches and used a high temp spray paint primer and painted over the rusted area.

POR15 is to expensive to use on brake rotors that are going to be trashed in a few months anyways. Just pull the wheel off, sand down that whole area, tape the rotor off, and paint.
