Default Strano bar question

Just installed both Strano front and rear sway bars. My question has to do with the endlinks.

How tight did you guys tighten them? During my search I've seen torque specs of 16 or 17 ft/lbs but I don't have a torque wrench. There was a note in the box that said a general rule of thumb was that you should be able to turn the spacer tube by hand when tightened. Right now the spacer tube is snug but I can move it a little.

Do you think this is good enough?

Thanks for the help.

Sam told me that the end links and washers should be just past the point of being able to turn them by hand. No more is necesssary or helpful.
