Hey bud, thanks for the Paypal. Pleasure doing business with you. 
I PMed him within minutes of his original thread asking for seat belts. He agreed to purchase them and ask if I would take $10 less than I was asking and I agreed. Said he would send Paypal and never did. No, I'm not making it a big deal, I'm just tired of people wasting my time and not having the courtesy to just be upfront if something else comes up or the sale falls through.
