Thumbs up Energy Suspension trany mount successful fix !

I had this trany mount installed according to the instructions it came with but it caused a lot of vibration. SO we removed the mount, grind down the two little humps on top of the mount, replaced the mount WITHOUT the backing plate, and problem solved. Just thought i would share in case anyone tries to install the mount and has the same issues.

The mount feels fine, it feels a lot better than the stock mount. I would highly recommend anyone who uses this mount to not use the backing plate and grind down those bumps.

I changed my motor mounts and trans mount to the Energy Suspension. After I had a vibration problem. Real noticeable in 1st and 2nd gear. I just got done removing the backing plate and ground down the two humps. Vibration is GONE!!! Even at idle it is smoother.
