Default spring broke :(
So I am driving my car the other day and I go to change gears and pop something hits me in the leg, Its a spring, from under the dash......wondering if it needs to be replaced?

haha. i thought the same thing. i had to read that a couple of times to get it. i wish i knew what spring that was man. good luck with fixing it.

I thought valve spring.

I would guess he is talking about the spring in the clutch pedal. You can just leave it out, I bet you won't even notice it's gone.
