Default Shakey shifter when going into gear...

Whenever i shift my car into gear, i notice it alot in 2-3 3-4 right before it goes into gear it seems like the shifter shakes alot, olmost like its griding but it isnt grinding. could it be the synchros? it does it on slow shifts also when i let the rpms fall. i have a pr0 5.0 with a luis short stick and a spec stage 3 with a refinished flywheel with less then 500 miles on both.

My only guess would be the transmission mount. Its a cheap part and very easy to replace so its worth looking into.

I had the same issue. It would shake specifically when pulling it out of a gear (4th, usually). Going into gear was normal. Eventually (after a few weeks) it just stuck in 4th gear, and that was the end of the transmission. It was time for a rebuild.

Typically if you have a broken tranny mount it's easy to spot. Put the car in first gear, cruise at 3k RPMs or so, look down at the shifter, and stab the gas. If the shifter jumps up, then your tranny mount is busted.

I did this once in the past, and my shifter must've jumped up 3 inches. It was amazing. When I got the tranny mount out, it was almost torn in half.
