hey guys im currently in the build process an ls1 with heads/cam/fast 90/90 setup. stock internals. will the stock fuel injectors suffice for the power the car is capable of making.?? and when is the time to upgrade? and any suggestions for the upgrades would be appreciated. im still learning this stuff so any input is awesome@!

Heads and cam I had SVO 30# injectors and they were running about 80% duty cycle. So the stock ones would be higher than that. I would just get 42# injectors in case you run a dry shot or something and you would be prepared for most anything.

yea i was looking at that and i think im gonna do the 42# just so i have room to upgrade. how are the SVO injectors? i was also looking at the racetronix ones also. i just oredered the racetronix fuel pump as well. my pump as almost 100k on it

You cant go wrong with the Racetronics pump and 42# injectors. Thats the setup I have in my H/C car. The injectors are very easy to tune and at the power level that you will be at the stock injectors would be maxed out.

what are 2000's stock? 28lb's?? looking to run a 228/232 cam with H/C 9090

ur running a similar setup to mine. so im guessing that were both gonna need that upgrade.

well folks looks like ill be doing the racetronix pump and 42# injectors. wish me luck!

called a guy who sells jects on ebay with a 3 year warrenty they are rebuild bosch's to your specs and are flow benched (you get sheets) $189 for 42LBs!!!!

ive always been a little hesitent to buying any performance parts off of ebay. but sounds like a pretty good deal to me
