The OEM front C6 18x8.5 rims will fit the font of the F-Body without any problems, but the rear 19x10's will need a 1.25" spacer.
Of course, you can buy aftermarket C6 rims with the correct offset that will allow them to fit, but if we're talking about the stock, OEM C6 rims, the offsets are off.

I tried the same thing, except I was trying to trade my 18's for 19's to go 19's all the way around. I ended up selling the 18's and then just keeping my eye out for a pair of 19's in the classifieds forum. It took me a month or 2, but I was finally able to sell mine and pick up another pair of 19's for about the same price. Good luck!
