The man speaks the truth. I had to go through 2 aftermarket clutches in under 2 years to realize OEM > Aftermarket... and the only aftermarket company I'd even want to try out after my experiences is Textralia (they're just pricey!).

I'd take a LS7 clutch over a Spec 3 ALL DAY!!!
The Spec 3's have been hit and miss and a H/C Fbod usually wont make much more than a stock LS7 C6 Z06(430-455)

I have been VERY happy with the LuK Progold. It is great. Go with that and a lightweight fly wheel and you will be set. It seems to be a bullet proof clutch, as I know a lot of guys with them that have beaten the crap out of them and they just keep going.
