Default Bent Rod In Master Cyl

Ok so i put in a new RAM clutch and go to put the clutch in, and it stays on the floor. I manually pull it back up and the pin pops out and is bent all to ****. What causes this? Just a bad MC or what? Have to replace the whole thing?

Car in sig btw...

While I'm not sure what could have caused this, it sounds like you'll be best off just getting a new master. If that rod was all bent, you don't know what the inside of the master looks like (or maybe you do) and I would think it's safer to just replace it than try to rebuilt when there could be other damage internally to the master.
