He is wanting 600ft lbs and 600 horse i am just looking for a manufacturer that produces around 190cc runner heads. but the heads also need to be able to hold a .800 lift. he wants to run pump gas wants this size so he will have torque down low for the launch. any help will be welcomed

What compression are you should for? What is the Nova going to be used for, street, strip, both? Why an .800 lift cam when you'll likely not need much more than .600-something to make that power with the right combination. I have a buddy making 530 rwhp with a 10:1 comp. 496 with out-of-the-box Edelbrock RPM oval port heads, a solid roller cam, single plane intake and 950 HP Holley. At 3400 lbs with driver and a good suspension set-up she runs 10.13 at 131 mph N/A and 9.42 at 142 mph on a 200 shot.

I'm hoping the 190cc runner size was a typo Also what is low compression to your friend? You can run a HR in the .650 range with a nice set of Oval port heads with a 290cc runner and 9.5:1 and meet your goals. Check out engine masters, they did a 454 that would work perfect for what you're looking to do.
