Default Tips for prolonging Valvespring life?

I have the mods in my sig. I don't know the specs on the V3 but I have Patriot gold dual springs .650" lift. They have been on the car with a much smaller cam for 10k miles. 5k miles ago the cam swap was done and then I bought it. Anyone have tips for prolonging the life of the springs since this is my DD? I usually let the car warm up till the temp gauge starts to move. Besides not giving it prolonged RPM is there anything else I can do? I know they aren't going to last 40k miles but I wanna take care of my stuff.

Main thing is letting the car fully warm up before you get on it.

yes sir and change your oil every 3k.. basically the common sense stuff that comes with owning any vehicle as long as the springs where good to begin with and not a bad batch or something

don't rev past 7K. That'll keep lots of other things alive too!

Yeah I'm still on the stock limiter. I don't see the sense in 7K on the stock bottom end when I drive this thing every day.
