Default New Block Rings

I have a 6.0 iron block, im changing it for another 6.0 block because this one has a crack on one of the mains. I built it and used it for 200 miles and then dissasembled it, can I use the same rings on the new block? I would like to change them since I've got no money, thanks

No. The rings wore to the bore surface of the block it was run in. Unless you want to risk serious compression and oil control problems, get some new rings.
