Why do you want 1LE springs? They aren't much stiffer than base springs.

Get Stranos and Konis. Be happy.

Strano springs result in lowering your car >1 inch which can be an issue.

The 1LE springs are significantly stiffer...

The 1LE springs are not stiffer than Sam's Springs
Sams are 550 lbs/in F 150 lbs/in R
1LE's are 360 lbs/in F 130-180 lbs/in R

You have to find somebody who took them off. Nobody has these on the market.

A dealer should be able to get one for you. Oh and it will most likely cost you your right nut also. lol

lowering the car isn't that bad... hell I'm running 315s /275s on some shitty roads and im doing fine. 1LE springs usually RAISE the car a 1/4 to 1/2 an inch...

Then apparently you don't have a hookup for pricing...

Are 1LE springs still available from the dealer? A couple of years ago, on this forum, someone posted GM changed the part # for the 1LE springs to the part # for the stock springs. Basically, stopped differentiating so you couldn't get the 1LE springs anymore.

What? You're switching to coil overs so you want 1LE springs!?!?

Get your coil overs and you can run whatever length/spring rate you want. a 10" 400 lb spring would do the trick.

Di you ever find anything here? I'm in the same situation. I don't really want to lower, either.

Why are you specifically looking for 1LE springs? Are you looking for better handling or what?
If that is the case you want to look into some good shocks first, not springs.

Yeah, I think i'll definitely do the shocks. It sounds like something that i'll benefit from greatly. I'm looking at probably Billsteins. I have a friend who is a dealer and can make me some custom shocks. I'm thinking the springs won't be so important for me, since I won't be racing my car except for the occasional drag race.
