Default MTI X1+A4+STOCK HEADS= 70 rwhp gain!!

i know this belongs in the dyno section, but i just wanted to give a big thanks to MTI for the work and tuning..

but i wanted to personally thank MTI, predator z, patrick g, jaSSon, wilwaxu, beardWS6, zrocket, bad2000z, 1bad02ws6, CRAGER, and everybody else that i have bugged and pm..

the baseline was 322/333 with just slp lid, pacesetter longtubes w/ory, magnaflow catback and ported TB, and 2.73...

with the only additions of the MTI X1 and vig 3200 it put down 393/345 to the wheels.. thats stock heads, no underdrive pulley, and still 2.73. they still need to install the pulley and 3.73!! so thats close to 400rwhp stock heads!!!

71rwhp with that cam? Even with a locked converter, I think those numbers may be a bit generous.

the actual SAE was 387rwhp..but thats close to 70 hp!!

gillbot made 399 rwhp with the TR230/224 cam so those numbers arent too generous!!

Nice. If I wasn't dead set on getting a big cube motor, I'd stick a cam w/ mine too.

definitely mark!! when the baseline put down 322/333 i was like not so bad. but my goal was to make 385 atleast..lol. but MTI exceeded that and put down 393...i was like no f*ckin way!! as far as heads that will definitely be in the future. just gotta save up for the tranny..

The numbers look off with the torque being that low. I think those 2.73's are screwing with your numbers.

Its just a dyno though.

Enjoy it!

Nice numbers.. You've got me thinkin' about swapping my TR224 for something like this..

I put down 381 with a set of TSP 2.5 5.3's.. I bet I'd bust 400 with a different cam..
