Default Torquer v2/UD pulley

About to swap cams, this will be my first, going in a daily driver 02 m6 Z, I've spent the last 2 weeks reading about cams on here. Most people are recommending a Pat G custom grind for a DD with a nice power curve. But the shop I'm going to says TSP Torquer v2 would be great. I've done plenty of searches but cant find too many people with it, ? Any advice/help would be great. Also whats the benefit of an underdrive pulley?? Should it be done with came or is stock pulley ok???
Thanks

The underdrive pulley is a good mod if you're doing a cam swap. It'll have to come off anyway. It reduces parasitic drag and will free up a worthwhile amount of powah. (~10rwhp or so?)

I've had good luck with the SLP/powerbond piece. It has a little lip that may help prevent belt derailment. My belt has never flown off FWIW.

Maybe try a search in the dyno section for info on the cam.

I have that cam (see sig) and i like it. I would recommend getting either +2 or 4 advance ground in since it's a peaky cam, that would help the midrange out.

I have a Torquer 2 in my 408 currently that will be out in about a week. It has been a decent cam but not enough for my 408. It was in car previously when was 346 w/ home ported 241's. It put down 410 to wheels. I will be selling it if interested.
