On a 100 shot (dry), I didn't change a thing. Just added the kit and some Autolite 103's and I spray away. You'll be fine on the stock tune. You should be more worried about your a/f ratio then timing IMO.

I haven't taken the time to take the car to the track but I'm wuondering what kind of times I can run &also I got the TR6 NGK to install

A good general rule of thumb pull 1 degree of timing per 50hp level. After 150hp, start to pull 2 degrees of timing per 50hp level.
1 degree at 50hp,
2 degrees at 100hp,
3 degrees at 150hp,
5 degrees at 200hp,
7 degrees at 250hp,
9 degrees at 300hp
1 degree at 50hp,
2 degrees at 100hp,
3 degrees at 150hp,
5 degrees at 200hp,
7 degrees at 250hp,
9 degrees at 300hp
