Thumbs up Summit Stars Fit My Lt1 Camaro No Grinding

I Have Read The Threads For A Month About What 15" Rims Fit And Dont Fit And Maybe Fit.
I Just Bougth The Summit Star Rims (a Weld Wheel Knock Off), 15"x8" Rears With 5 1/2" Back Spacing, 15"x4" Fronts.
Before I Mounted Tires I Fitted The Rims Only, The Rear Have Plenty Room, No Grinding On Brake Calipers, So I Mounted The Nitto 275/60 R15. The Front Rims Also Fit With No Grinding, But These Are Very Close To The Caliper, But With Tires Mounted And All Lugnuts Tighten To 75 Lbs. They Do Not Rub, But Boy Its Close.
I Spent $475.00 From Summit For Wheels, Nuts, Valve Stems. Discount Tires $260.00 For Pair Of Nittos. Local Tire Shop For The 165/80 R15 $90.00 Pair, Its A Cheap Way To Go, And Hey The Fit With No Rubbing Or Grinding.

good to know.. I figured they would fit with no problems on an LT1 because it takes soo little grinding to fit them on LS1's.

How does the car handle with the 60's in the back and 80's in the front?

I was wondering how it would handle with that rim/tire setup. i'm just starting to work on my camaro and this is the exact rim setup i was wanting so i'm really glad to know i can do it easily with no grinds. Post some pics when you can that why i will know 100% if i need to place my order or not. Is there anyother tire options or would i be stuck to run those sizes? I got a stock height dark green z28 droptop. might lower it later down the road depends on how it looks after wheel change plus getting painted black this winter... sorry to ramble.
